Who we are

We are a Kickboxing club catering for people af all ages and abilities regardless of sex. We meet on Friday nights at 19:30pm at the above address and training lasts for 90 minutes.

Light continuous fights in the ring:-

2 x 1 Minute rounds, Titles...4 x 1 1/2 minute rounds & 3 x 1 1/2 minute rounds (Adult)

All students must wear full protective Gear,

10 oz Boxing Gloves ( can use your own, or will be supplied )
